  8. PROBLEM:      We have seen on some versions of FILER.EXE that using Alt-F10
  9.               to exit the utility will initiate HELP.
  10.      
  11.               The problem is a fluke case of the way the Lattice C compiler
  12.               generated code based on the order of the routines in the
  13.               source code (ie. reordering the routines solved the problem).
  14.               Lattice, of course, thinks we are out of our minds.
  15.      
  16.               Filer has been recompiled and is available upon request.  If
  17.               it is found that any other utilities display this problem,
  18.               the Technical Information Committee should be notified.
